Why I do what I do, and love it.

We all have our passions, problems and challenges.  I'm may be an adult, but I am not a "big girl" - I have a small build, and that means that if I put on excess weight, I don't wear it well.  When I was in middle school and high school, I quickly figured out that the best way to stay a healthy weight was to be healthy -- to keep my body in the best shape possible.

I didn't want to be a muscle bound weight lifter, I simply wanted to look good, feel good, and know I was at my best...but I've never been a person whose life is all about ME ME ME.  Selfish people miss so much joy of life by never seeing beyond themselves and their own wants. Instead of being happy for what they have, they are unhappy about what they don't have.  What can you pride yourself on if you do nothing for others?  Your clothes? Your car?  No -it is what we do to make the world a better place that counts.  And I know I can do that one person at a time by sharing what I know of fitness training, and what I know of entertaining, acting and peforming.

I am very fortunate in that I have been able to combine my love of fitness with my love of acting and performing.  Yes, I am a "celebrity fitness trainer," who treats everyone as a celebrity.
